The Microcredentials Reporting Infrastructure Team is a recipient of the Division of the Vice-President and Provost (DVPP)’s Collaborative Team of the Year Award. The team consists of staff from the Office of the Vice-Provost, Academic Programs (VPAP), the School of Continuing Studies (SCS), the Office of the Vice-Provost, Strategic Enrolment Management (VPSEM), the University Registrar’s Office (URO), and Enterprise Applications & Solutions Integration (EASI).

The Microcredentials Reporting Infrastructure Team developed a centralized data system to support government reporting on micro-credentials at the University of Toronto. By integrating fragmented data sources and building a scalable reporting infrastructure from the ground up, the team ensured continued access to Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) funding for thousands of learners while positioning the University to meet evolving provincial requirements. Their work not only solved an urgent institutional challenge but also created a lasting foundation for innovation in lifelong learning and student support.
