99 PTR and Merit Assessment for 2005 2006

Re: PTR/Merit Assessment for 2005-2006

As you are aware, the across the board increases and PTR issues have not been determined for 2005-06 and 2006-07. Once the Dispute Resolution Process has been finally determined, the annual PDAD&C memorandum containing Salary Increase Instructions for 2005-2006 will be issued with the appropriate thresholds, salary breakpoints and PTR amounts.

In the meantime units should initiate the Merit Assessment process as normal. Unit heads should request Annual Activity Reports and Paid Activity Report from all faculty members and librarians. Completed Annual Activity Reports and Paid Activity Reports should be submitted to unit heads by April 30, 2006.
