Professor Robert McNutt's term as Principal of the University of Toronto at Mississauga expires on June 30, 2002. As he is scheduled to retire soon thereafter, he will not be eligible for re-appointment. In accordance with section 62 of the Perron Rules, President Birgeneau has appointed a Committee to recommend the appointment of a Principal of the University of Toronto at Mississauga (UTM), effective July 1, 2002. The composition of the Committee is as follows:
