I am writing in follow-up to the HR #409 memorandum of June 24, 2002 from Angela Hildyard. Even though implementation of the ATB increases and PTR awards will be delayed, you are still required to complete the PTR evaluation process by July 1, 2002. You should ensure that faculty, lecturers/senior lecturers, and librarians are aware of their evaluations as soon as possible after July 1, 2002. For everyone, except those in the Senior Salary category, the assessments and the award amounts should be reported. For those in the Senior Salary category, the assessment should be reported. The award amounts will be calculated once the ATB increase is known.
When the ATB amounts are known you should write separately to indicate the new 2002/03 salary amount.
